Every word we speak carries the tone of our sound as an instrument of communication and healing. Understanding how to tune and use this instrument effectively shifts not only our own consciousness, but also that of those who receive (hear) our sounds. Opening and clearing the throat chakra allows a freedom of self-expression that supports communication and healing on every level.

The voice is the mirror of our inner universe. It is as unique as our fingerprints, and reflects and acts as a map to our body, personal and collective stories, and to our history. For each experience we have gone through in life, the body keeps memories which are like records of sound frequencies.
The human voice is superior to all other instruments because it has soul, heart and consciousness and because it reflects the spiritual resonance of the person making the sound. I believe our voice has a soul print that we since birth have been trying to come in contact with – a code that signifies or story, our 'make-up' and our ancestral roots.
