We celebrate this weekend the connection with ourself, life and being a woman .

The theme of the sweat lodge this weekend will be to Re connect with your female aspects, mother earth, life and the fire. The connection with yourself surrounded by the elements and other women.

The weekend is conducted by Vasna.

We will work with meditation. Body work, Breath work, Inner child work, and Dance. The saturday will be for the sweat lodge ceremony conducted by Mieke van der Meer

The healing voice and sweat lodge ceremony is a unique 4 days workshop. Unique cause it has a new way of working with ancient rituals. The healing voice is new and old in the same way, the Egyptians studied the voice in their temples, Indians use their voice for praying and healing. The voice is a strong medium that takes us further than thinking, and touches us in our essence. It can heal blockedges on a esscencial level

In these modern times we loose our contact with our soul, some or many times we are too much in our head, mental.
We communicate from the mind while our voice is coming from our belly, and heart.

Through this we often are not fully in contact with the inner flow that comes from our source. The voice is coming from the source, from our deepest being, potential, instinct and knowledge. The voice helps us to flow again, and resonate in connection with all there is. To bring you back to your own power, truth, wakes up the inner potential so you know what to do with your life. The healing voice will flow through us, touches what is needed, frees us from old pain, to change our live.

The exercises are easy, everybody can participate. We will work with meditation, shamanic healing, voice expression. It will take you beyond what you thought would be possible to express and heal with the voice. A workshop of this time full of inspiration for those who seek the deeper layers in life.
